Overview

As a Personal Banker at First National Bank Texas in Searcy, Arkansas, you will provide exceptional customer service and support customers in their financial success through the sale of banking products and services. You will work in a high-volume sales environment, processing transactions while interacting with a diverse customer base, including many Spanish speakers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service involving receipt and payment of cash
  • Evaluate new and existing customer relationships and recommend bank products
  • Achieve monthly new account production goals
  • Participate in an active sales environment with in-store aisle prospecting
  • Process deposits and pay out funds accurately following bank procedures
  • Examine cash carefully to guard against counterfeit checks and identification
  • Enter transactions into the computer and issue customer receipts
  • Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, and certificates of deposit
  • Cross-sell bank services and products
  • Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors
