Overview

As a Personal Banker at First National Bank Texas, you will provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment. Your role will involve managing cash transactions, evaluating customer relationships, and recommending bank products to support clients' financial success.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service involving receipt and payment of cash
  • Evaluate new and existing customer relationships
  • Recommend bank products and services to support financial success
  • Achieve monthly new account production goals
  • Participate in an active sales environment, including in-store prospecting
  • Process deposits and payouts according to bank procedures
  • Verify cash and check endorsements
  • Issue customer receipts and enter transactions into the computer
  • Sell and prepare various banking instruments, including money orders and cashier's checks
  • Cross-sell bank services and products
  • Provide services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
