The Personal Banker at First National Bank Texas is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment. This role involves managing cash transactions, recommending bank products, and participating in sales initiatives to foster customer financial success.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service involving cash receipt and payment
  • Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services
  • Achieve monthly new account production goals
  • Process deposits and payouts following bank procedures
  • Verify cash and checks for accuracy and endorsement
  • Enter transactions into computer systems and issue receipts
  • Handle money orders, cashier's checks, and certificates of deposit
  • Cross-sell bank services and products
  • Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors
