Overview

One Medical is seeking a Per Diem Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team in San Francisco, California. This role is designed for a casual, hourly clinician who will provide care to patients with a variety of needs, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits, both in-office and through telehealth.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct patient care for a broad array of needs
  • Perform in-office procedures as part of treatment
  • Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
  • Participate in daily huddles with teammates
  • Adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs

Required skills

  • Completed an accredited NP program
  • National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • California NP licensure
  • 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting or equivalent experience
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
  • Technology proficiency for delivering care
