Overview

As a People Operations Specialist at VulnCheck, you will play a crucial role in scaling the People function within a fast-paced, global environment. This newly created position focuses on crafting operational systems around the employee lifecycle, benefits administration, and performance management while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and exit interviews.
  • Manage benefits administration in the US, UK, and Singapore.
  • Develop a multi-jurisdiction compliance calendar.
  • Build and administer performance review processes, ensuring data integration with HRIS.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms for employee feedback and attrition insights.

Required skills

  • 3+ years in People Operations or a related role, ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • Experience with modern people tools and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Interest or experience in utilizing AI for optimization in People Operations.
