Overview

Titan Placement Group is seeking a Pediatrics Physician to join a safety-net health organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role offers a balance of urban energy and community warmth, focusing on high-quality, community-based pediatric care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits, immunizations, and acute care management
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions from newborns through young adults
  • Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team
  • Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth, and development
  • Mentor and support early-career providers if desired

Required skills

  • Clear and active medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics
  • Commitment to community-based primary care
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment

What the company offers

  • Base salary: $180,000 to $220,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000
  • 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday)
  • CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually
  • 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued)
  • 10-11 paid holidays annually
