Job Description

Overview

As a Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at INSPIRE Autism, you will provide high-quality ABA therapy and clinical supervision to children with autism in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. This role emphasizes professional growth and client impact, allowing for a balanced work schedule with manageable caseloads.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care
  • Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism
  • Mentor practicum students and RBTs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Required skills

  • Leadership and mentoring experience
  • Master's degree
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising staff preferred
