Key responsibilities

  • Learn vehicle glass repair techniques through training
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues
  • Manage work orders and customer communication using mobile technology
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items
  • Clean customer vehicles during repairs and perform housekeeping tasks
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools
  • Comply with all company policies and standards

Required skills

  • Experience in auto glass repair
  • Customer service skills
  • Familiarity with electrical tools and window installation
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Valid state-issued driver's license
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions in English
