The Peak Season Repair Specialist at Safelite plays a crucial role in providing vehicle glass repair services while serving as a pathway to full-time employment. This position emphasizes not only technical skills but also a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn to repair vehicle glass under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues
  • Manage work orders and customer communication using Mobile Resource Management technology
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers
  • Clean customer vehicles during repair and perform housekeeping tasks
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals
  • Comply with all company policies and standards
