Overview

The Peak Season Repair Specialist role at Safelite is an entry-level position focused on vehicle glass repairs. This position serves as a pathway to full-time employment, allowing employees to learn the trade under the guidance of experienced technicians while utilizing advanced technology to meet high-quality standards for customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn and perform vehicle glass repairs under guidance.
  • Manage work orders and customer documentation using Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology.
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
  • Clean customer vehicles during repair processes.
  • Operate company and customer vehicles safely.
  • Complete additional housekeeping tasks as required.
  • Comply with all company policies and standards.
