Overview

The Peak Season Repair Specialist at Safelite will play a key role in providing vehicle glass repair services and represents a pathway to full-time employment. The specialist will leverage industry-leading technology and a service mindset to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn to repair vehicle glass under guidance from experienced technicians
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues
  • Manage work orders and customer documentation using Safelite's Mobile Resource Management technology
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items
  • Clean vehicles during the repair process and perform housekeeping tasks
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools
  • Comply with all company policies and standards
