Key responsibilities

  • Learn to repair vehicle glass both in classroom and hands-on settings
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other glass-related issues
  • Manage work orders and customer documentation using Safelite technology
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers
  • Clean customer vehicles during repair wait times
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals
  • Perform additional housekeeping tasks as needed
