Key responsibilities

  • Learn to repair vehicle glass with a focus on the Safelite Way of Fitting
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues
  • Manage work orders and customer documentation using handheld technology
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers
  • Perform housekeeping tasks and clean customer vehicles during repairs
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles and use company-issued tools
  • Comply with all company policies and standards
