Key responsibilities

  • Learn and perform vehicle glass repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians.
  • Repair chips and cracks in auto glass on customer vehicles.
  • Manage customer documentation and communication using Safelite's Mobile Resource Management technology.
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
  • Clean customer vehicles during wait times and maintain cleanliness in the work vehicle and shop.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and use company-issued tools and chemicals.
