Overview

As a PCSS Supervisor at Interim HealthCare, you will support a range of patient services within the home health team, ensuring comfort and dignity for clients. This role involves managing Personal Care & Support Services Aides and overseeing case-specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Review case-specific requirements with employees before assignment
  • Interview, hire, and manage Personal Care & Support Services Aides
  • Schedule, train, and provide guidance for staff
  • Report incident and/or reportable events as required
  • Complete administrative paperwork, including client charts and evaluations

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active Ohio RN or LPN license
  • Two years of management experience
  • Knowledge of Waiver, ODP and OLTL preferred
  • Previous healthcare/home care experience highly preferred
