Overview

The PCSS Supervisor at Interim HealthCare is responsible for overseeing the Personal Care & Support Services team, ensuring high-quality patient care and support. This role involves managing staff, reviewing case-specific requirements, and handling administrative tasks to promote comfort and dignity for clients in their home health environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Review case specific requirements with employees prior to assignment
  • Interview, hire, and manage scheduling, training, and guidance of Personal Care & Support Services Aides
  • Report all incident and/or reportable events as required
  • Complete all administrative paperwork including client charts, evaluations, and visit scheduling

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active Ohio RN or LPN license
  • Two years of management experience
  • Knowledge of Waiver, ODP and OLTL preferred
  • Previous healthcare/home care experience highly preferred
