Job Description

Overview

The Payroll/HRIS Analyst at Anderson Dahlen will be critical in ensuring accurate payroll processing and managing HR information systems, while also supporting HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. This role combines payroll responsibilities with HR operations, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Process payroll for multiple shifts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Review and audit timekeeping data, PTO, and employee changes
  • Manage employee data for new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee support
  • Serve as a point of contact for payroll and HR-related inquiries
  • Design and maintain HRIS, ensuring data integrity across systems
  • Create standard and ad hoc reports for strategic planning
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compliance and process improvements
  • Manage leave programs and ensure compliance

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in payroll or bookkeeping
  • Experience in payroll processing and HR functions
  • Familiarity with Paylocity and M2M systems
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
