This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader to oversee a team of payroll processors while developing expertise in payroll audits, compliance, process improvement, and operational excellence.The Payroll Supervisor will oversee the payroll function for Frasco, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability. Requirements: Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in compliance as it relates to wage & hour laws, payroll tax, etc.Exceptional writing and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and qualityAbility to work independently and meet established deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills, specifically in payroll and compliance related issuesKnowledge of federal , state and local payroll regulationsSelf-starter with accountability for results and performanceProficiency with payroll systems (Paylocity preferred), Microsoft Excel experience, with Microsoft Dynamics a plus5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll; 2+ years in a supervisory role Preferred Experience:CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designationExperience in multi-state, high-volume payroll environmentFamiliarity with wage and hour compliance audits and benefit reconciliation processStart your career with a leader in the investigations industry that is financially stable, is experiencing growth, and whose history spans over 60 years!Ready to make a difference?
