Mission I am looking for a Payroll Specialist for a company in the distribution industry in Laval.Your responsibilities will include:-Processing and validating payroll from start to finish-Ensure payroll accuracy in accordance with collective bargaining agreements and applicable standards-Calculate bonuses and make necessary adjustments-Answer questions and resolve payroll-related issues-Manage year-end activities (T4, Relevés 1, taxable benefits, etc.)-Submit government payments and perform payroll reconciliations-Ensure the smooth operation of the payroll and time-tracking systems-Prepare various payroll-related reports-Support managers and the human resources team with payroll issues and special projects Your profile Your Profile:-Payroll certification (a plus)-5 years of experience in payroll-Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in Canada and Quebec-Bilingual in French and English to communicate with colleagues in other provinces-Experience with ADP (a plus)What we offer:- 10% annual bonus- 2 days of remote work per week- Comprehensive group insurance- 3.5% RRSP contribution- On-site gym- The opportunity to grow within a company with exciting growth projects
