Client: Entertainment Provider Title: Payroll Operations/Accounting Techno-Functional Manager Duration: 06 Months - Onsite role Location: New York, NY 10036 - Onsite Pay Range: ($80-$90) on an hourly basis Overview: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations / Accounting Techno-Functional Manager to support a large-scale Fusion HCM Payroll implementation. This role focuses on payroll testing, data validation, reconciliations, payroll costing, General Ledger (GL) validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate payroll processing and successful system migration & deployment. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Payroll Operations, Shared Services, or Payroll Systems Support. Strong understanding or experience in migration and implementation. Hands-on experience with Ora_cle Cloud HCM/Fusion Payroll or similar enterprise HCM/ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft). Experience with payroll reconciliations, data validation, payroll costing, and General Ledger (GL) integration. Strong understanding of payroll processing and payroll accounting. Experience with UAT, system testing, defect tracking, and payroll implementations. Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Perform payroll data validation, reconciliation, and system testing during Fusion implementation. Execute parallel payroll testing and analyze payroll results for accuracy. Validate payroll costing and General Ledger postings. Support UAT, defect management, and testing documentation. Investigate payroll discrepancies and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Technology teams to resolve issues. Support payroll audits and ensure data integrity across payroll systems. Prepare reports and communicate testing outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.
