Job Description Job Description Mariposa Landscapes is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented candidate to join our accounting team as a payroll manager. The ideal candidate can work under pressure, is familiar with in-house payroll processing procedures, and maintains a healthy relationship with co-workers.Job DutiesOversee the entire bi-weekly payroll process for 3 companies across two States (CA & AZ)Review electronic time records and import records into payroll software for processingIssue manual checks when necessaryEnsure timely and accurate submission of certified payroll reportsFully responsible for payroll auditsKeep up with prevailing wage rates and requirementsSetup wage garnishments and issue payment to corresponding agencies Prepare Quarterly payroll tax filings as well as year-end W-2 filingsOversee job duties of payroll administratorsRequirements5 years of experience processing payroll for a large workforceBilingual English/Spanish is preferredProficient in MS OfficeExperience with certified payroll is preferredAnalytical and math skillsManagement skillsBenefitsPaid time off401k retirement account with company matchingCompany sponsored health insurance Company Description Award-winning landscape services for premier propertiesMariposa Landscapes provides full-spectrum landscape services to commercial and municipal clients, residential estates and multi-home communities.
