Overview

US Tech Solutions is looking for a Payroll Coordinator during a plant start-up in Michigan. The role requires managing employee time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy in payroll processes, and collaborating with HR and management.

Key responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain employee time and attendance data in the Kronos system
  • Verify the accuracy of timesheets and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with management and HR to maintain accurate employee records
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll issues and obtain time approval
  • Collaborate with payroll operations to resolve discrepancies before deadlines
  • Generate reports on hours worked and overtime
  • Prioritize tasks and support end-to-end timekeeping operations
  • Maintain documentation of relevant processes
  • Protect confidential data and support departmental initiatives

Required skills
