Overview

Park State Bank is seeking a Payment Operations Lead in Hibbing, Minnesota. This role involves coordinating payment operations, overseeing workflow and quality control, and ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily work assignments and queue management
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for complex processing questions
  • Perform quality reviews on activities such as wires and ACH exception handling
  • Maintain job aids and assist with procedure updates
  • Contribute to reporting on volumes, exceptions, and errors
  • Monitor payment and Treasury Management queues for timely task completion
  • Stay informed of payment regulations and implement necessary updates
  • Assist with internal and external audits

Required skills

  • 3-5+ years in payment operations or related banking operations
  • Experience with SilverLake core processing systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain resourceful
