Key responsibilities

  • Operate roller machines on road construction projects
  • Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance
  • Assist with pre-run markings and fine grading using a paving lute
  • Direct traffic around work areas
  • Notify shop foreman of maintenance needs
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
