Overview

The Patient Growth Specialist, also known as an Outreach Executive, at Oak Street Health is tasked with connecting Medicare-eligible seniors with healthcare services. This role emphasizes community engagement and lead generation to expand the patient base, working closely with other team members to execute targeted outreach strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through community events and localized outreach.
  • Conduct cold calling, utilize digital channels, and manage referrals to convert leads.
  • Engage prospective patients via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and new patients for a smooth transition.
  • Address and resolve prospect concerns with empathy.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to build trust.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Healthcare environments
  • Proven ability to cold call and manage digital lead channels
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Suite
  • Experience with CRM and/or EMR software
