Overview

The Patient Concierge at St. Luke's Health Network plays a critical role in fostering a patient-centric culture and enhancing the overall patient experience. This position involves engaging with patients, providing administrative support, and ensuring an exceptional service delivery in a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Engages patients with compassion during practice-based interactions
  • Performs various clerical tasks such as check-in, patient consent, and appointment scheduling
  • Delivers concierge service in the waiting room and assists with kiosk check-in
  • Facilitates practice opening and closing procedures and maintains practice cleanliness
  • Supports team members by addressing clerical pool messages promptly
  • Coordinates with Access Center for scheduling and clinical inquiries
  • Anticipates and addresses patient needs through collaboration with other departments
