The Patient Access Associate Specialist is a crucial entry-level role at Ensemble Health Partners, based in Nashua, New Hampshire, focusing on enhancing the patient experience through accurate management of patient registration and access within the healthcare revenue cycle.   • Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks
  • Provide patient instructions and collect insurance information
  • Process physician orders and maintain patient data integrity
  • Operate the telephone switchboard for communication
  • Adhere to policies and deliver excellent customer service
  • Accountable for point-of-service goals and data audits
  • Conduct pre-registration of patient accounts before visits
  • Explain consent forms and obtain necessary signatures
  • Review insurance eligibility responses and enter benefit data
  • Screen medical necessity using the Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN) software
