Overview

ATC West Healthcare is looking for a Board Certified Pathologist to join their team for hospital-based pathology coverage starting in August 2026. This locum opportunity is in a collaborative practice environment within a Level I trauma center, allowing for strong laboratory support and modern equipment utilization.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide surgical pathology interpretation
  • Cover blood bank call at night
  • Rapidly evaluate adequacy for image-guided biopsies
  • Work alongside a team of six pathologists and histotechnologists

Required skills

  • Board Certified Pathologist
  • Active Minnesota license preferred
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
  • Ability to perform required anatomic pathology and clinical pathology procedures
