JOB SUMMARY This role will be one of the primary weekend teaching voices at The Crossing, working in close partnership with the Lead Pastor. They should be a gifted and engaging communicator with a deep personal walk with Jesus, have a strong grasp of scripture, and have a heart for the lost and long-time believer alike. They must be able to communicate in a winsome way to both unchurched and the over-churched. Pastor/Teaching & Leadership will serve on both the Leadership Team and the Spiritual Oversight Team and collaborate on the church's strategic direction. The ideal candidate will be both a catalytic and collaborative leader who thrives in a team-oriented approach, who isn't afraid to take the lead, and who simultaneously celebrates the leadership and creative ideas of others. This role is intentionally designed to grow as quickly as the Lord allows. We expect this person's voice, influence, and leadership to expand significantly as we follow God's call together.
