Job Description

Overview

The Parts Representative at Yamato Corporation is responsible for handling customer inquiries and processing orders in a 100% onsite capacity in Grafton, WI. The role requires strong customer service skills and proficiency in ERP systems to ensure accurate order management and fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, fax, and in person
  • Enter orders accurately into the Epicor ERP system
  • Coordinate with shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
  • Process customer returns and evaluate credit recommendations for approval
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing responsive service
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate customer records in the ERP system
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient order processing
  • Provide bilingual customer support in English and Spanish as needed

Required skills

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and written communication abilities
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
