Job Description

Overview

As a Parts Representative at Yamato Corporation, you will handle customer inquiries and orders primarily via phone, email, and occasionally in person, ensuring accurate order processing and fulfillment. This onsite role in Grafton, Wisconsin, requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to maintain customer relationships and coordinate with various internal departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and fax.
  • Enter customer orders accurately into the Epicor ERP system.
  • Coordinate with shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Process customer returns and evaluate credit recommendations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing responsive service.
  • Ensure data accuracy in customer records and order information in the ERP.
  • Collaborate with shipping and sales to support order processing efficiency.

Required skills

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Written communication abilities
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
