Job Description

Overview

As a Parts Representative at Wajax Limited, you will provide exceptional customer service and support for parts and service sales. Your role includes managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring efficient documentation while assisting in warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relations
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide price quotes
  • Sell parts at the front counter and phone order desk
  • Process documentation for purchases, returns, and warranty coverage
  • Assist with shipping products to customers
  • Support shop parts needs by looking up and billing parts to work orders
  • Receive and input stock using electronic systems
  • Produce accurate and timely documentation of all transactions
  • Participate in on-call rotation for evening and weekend work

Required skills

  • Previous Heavy Duty parts experience or Journey Certified
  • Functional written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Salesmanship
  • Valid Driver's License
