Overview

Rudd Equipment Company is looking for a knowledgeable Parts Counter associate to assist customers with parts inquiries both in person and over the phone. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing parts orders, checking availability, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and determine their needs
  • Prioritize work to meet customer needs
  • Edit customer orders and expedite backorders
  • Advise customers on order status
  • Assist warehouse and shop parts as required
  • Maintain parts counter library and participate in factory training
  • Contribute at monthly parts meetings
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
