Rudd Equipment Company is looking for a Parts Counter associate in Nitro, West Virginia. The role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and timely order processing while maintaining an organized parts counter.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and determine their needs.
  • Edit and expedite customer orders.
  • Assist warehouse and shop staff with parts as required.
  • Maintain parts counter library and participate in factory training.
  • Advise customers of order status and display knowledge of authorized password options.
  • Contribute at monthly parts meetings and support organizational goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required skills

  • Previous experience with vehicles or heavy equipment
  • Knowledge of parts terminology and inventory management systems
