Job DescriptionJob DescriptionParts Administrator & Service Department AssociateALT Sales Corp.Richfield, OH 44286 Position SummaryALT Sales Corp., located in Richfield is seeking a Parts Administrator & Service Department Associate with solid general office skills. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits in a casual work environment. This position is eligible for a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.Essential FunctionsPurchase new or additional stock via phone, email or web portalReceive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computerVerify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in stockrooms, or other areas.Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issuedIssue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming work orders, purchase orders or requisitionsOther tasks as assigned.Skills and Experience RequirementsExperience with heavy construction equipment is preferredDetail oriented and organizedMust be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as neededAble to sit for longs periods of timeAble to use phone, computer and other office equipmentAble to lift up to 50lbs.Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
