This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm's outbound referral function, ensuring cases are strategically placed with trusted partner law firms while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and referral partners. The Partner Referral Manager leads a team of referral professionals, supports the continued development of our national referral network, and works closely with the Executive Director to improve operational efficiency, partner performance, and overall referral outcomes. What You'll Own As the Partner Referral Manager, you'll oversee the firm's Referred-Out function and provide leadership to the Partner Referral team.
