Overview

As a Part-Time Youth Advocate at OHB Omaha Home for Boys, you will play a vital role in supporting teenage youth in their transitional living phase. Your responsibilities will involve helping young people develop essential life skills and providing them with a safe and encouraging environment.

  • Guide clients through daily activities and routines
  • Provide positive reinforcement, coaching, and structure
  • Create a safe, uplifting environment that promotes growth
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client success
  • Serve as a positive role model and advocate
