Overview

WC Smith is seeking a part-time Evening Resident Services Coordinator for The Collective, a luxury apartment community in Washington DC. This role focuses on maintaining a professional presence, ensuring resident satisfaction, and monitoring property safety and amenity spaces.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming presence for residents and guests
  • Conduct routine property walks and document safety concerns
  • Monitor amenity spaces for compliance with policies
  • Support concierge and security personnel as needed
  • Respond to resident questions and requests promptly
  • Enforce community policies and standards
  • Demonstrate commitment to fair housing principles

Required skills

  • Minimum two years of experience in customer service or hospitality roles
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a Class A luxury residential community preferred
  • Security and Yardi experience are pluses
  • Ability to remain mobile on the property for extended periods
