Overview

Brown Machine Group is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join their Beaverton, Michigan manufacturing facility. This role involves full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily focused on attracting skilled trades and other manufacturing-related talent, while offering a flexible work schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Post and manage job openings on various platforms
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for various roles
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with recommendations
  • Prepare and extend employment offers
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding processes
  • Track recruiting activity and provide updates to management
  • Develop relationships with educational and workforce organizations
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruiting events
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and innovative sourcing strategies
