Overview

MicroDental Laboratories is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their team in Richardson, Texas. The company, known for its commitment to quality and customer care, operates over 25 locations in North America and emphasizes strong relationships with dentists and their teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist customers with any questions or concerns
  • Become proficient in scheduling and billing of dental lab cases using the operating software Magic Touch
  • Disinfect incoming dental cases
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Track packages to ensure on-time delivery
  • Filing documentation
  • Additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques (preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to quickly learn procedures and products
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Team player is a must
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
