Overview

The Outreach & Engagement Coordinator at Coastal Legacy Law will play a vital role in building meaningful relationships and executing events across Volusia County. This part-time position focuses on community outreach, facilitating connections that lead to client actions, and enhancing the firm's visibility and impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute firm events
  • Increase event attendance and engagement
  • Serve as host/MC at events and present at community gatherings
  • Build and maintain referral partnerships
  • Visit local businesses weekly for outreach
  • Track referrals and manage client relationships
  • Support client gifting and appreciation efforts
  • Maintain records of outreach and event performance

Required skills

  • 2+ years in outreach, networking, or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
  • Event planning or coordination experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and tracking tools
