Pyramid West Apartments is seeking a dependable, mature, and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Live-On-Site Night Property Manager / Building Operations Supervisor. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in property management, hotel operations, janitorial or custodial services, facilities maintenance, hospitality, security, military service, or residential building operations who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professionally managed community. This is an active management position not simply "free housing." The successful candidate will live on-site and serve as the property's primary after-hours management representative. ABOUT PYRAMID WEST Pyramid West is a professionally managed 124-resident apartment community located in a historic three-story building. Approximately 40 adult residents live on each floor, sharing two restrooms and three shower rooms. Professional janitorial staff thoroughly cleans the building each day. However, because the shared facilities continue to receive heavy use during evening hours, the Night Property Manager plays an important role in helping maintain clean, sanitary, and welcoming common areas after normal business hours. Applicants with previous experience in janitorial services, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, facilities maintenance, residential operations, or building management are highly encouraged to apply. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Resident Services • Serve as the property's primary after-hours management representative. • Assist residents with lockouts and building access. • Respond professionally to resident concerns. • Support occasional weekend move-ins. • Conduct occasional weekend leasing tours. Building Operations • Conduct scheduled patrols throughout the property. • Inspect all common areas, hallways, kitchens, laundry rooms, stairwells, entrances, and exterior grounds. • Identify maintenance concerns requiring follow-up. • Help m
