Overview

Cardinal Credit Union Inc is seeking a part-time Teller who is a current Lakeland Community College Student. This role involves assisting members with financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, promoting Credit Union products, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Balance cash drawer and settle daily activity
  • Provide information about credit union products and services
  • Direct members to appropriate department for specific inquiries
  • Identify and cross-sell services to members
  • Answer questions and resolve member inquiries in a friendly and accurate manner
  • Meet established incentive goals each month
  • Maintain dependable attendance and timeliness
