Overview

The Part Time Lakeland College Student Teller role at Cardinal Credit Union Inc is designed for current Lakeland Community College students to assist members with financial transactions, including cash handling and promoting credit union products. This position aims to enhance member awareness and facilitate financial services in a friendly and professional manner.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Balance cash drawer and settle daily activity
  • Welcome members and provide information about credit union products and services
  • Answer questions regarding products and services and refer issues to the Branch Manager when necessary
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote services to members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely manner
