Overview

Modern Dental Laboratory USA is seeking a part-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join their Newark, DE location. This role is essential for tracking, entering, and managing shipping logistics while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Track, enter, and research information in current systems
  • Prepare materials for shipping, including weighing, packaging, and labeling
  • Disinfect incoming cases following safety processes
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and blog
  • Assemble and fill boxes with items for shipping
  • Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages
  • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
  • Support employees and managers in shipping-related activities
  • Occasionally make deliveries to local offices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge
