The Part-Time Customer Service Representative at Hassan & Sons Inc plays a vital role in supporting daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include cashiering, maintaining store presentation, and adhering to food safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout
  • Follow the company's Four Steps of Customer Service
  • Communicate promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
  • Handle cash transactions, ensuring correct change is given
  • Maintain store presentation through stocking and organizing products
  • Prepare and maintain food and beverage stations following safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility and report safety hazards
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
