This position is located in Quakertown, PA and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of an industrial warehouse. Earn company stock at no cost to you.401(k) with employer match.Employee bonus referral program.Advancement opportunities.Company provided uniforms.Work Boot Allowance.Role and Responsibilities:Performing repairs throughout the building and tenant spaces while utilizing a work order system to document, track, and close out work.Performing and managing routine maintenance inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and correct deficiencies.Plumbing, HVAC, and light electrical troubleshootingEnsures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs.Contractor Management: Supervise contractors responsible for the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and heating equipment, including boilers, pressure vessels, automated control systems, and HVAC systems.Build and maintain tenant and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.Providing high-quality customer service while interacting with individuals throughout the facility.Maintain proper inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts, completing all required paperwork accurately.
