Part-Time Cash Reconciliation Specialist Location: Onsite - Denver, COSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:00 PMPay Range: $20-25/hr Our Client is seeking a dependable Part-Time Cash Reconciliation Specialist to join their accounting team. This is an essential, detail-focused role responsible for daily cash reconciliation for a high-volume, secure environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys independent, focused work with a strong sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Daily Cash Reconciliation ( 75%) As a Part-Time Cash Reconciliation Specialist, you will review and balance cash handling from museum transaction systems Ensure all deposits and cash drawer activity are accurately recorded and reconciled before cashier access each day Identify and notate any discrepancies clearly for resolution Transaction Process Review ( 15%) Assist in reviewing and improving cash handling procedures as part of your Part-Time Cash Reconciliation Specialist duties Support controls and compliance requirements in a highly secure environment Basic Recordkeeping & Reporting ( 10%) Maintain clear and accurate daily logs Use basic spreadsheets to track variances or adjustments expected of a Part-Time Cash Reconciliation Specialist Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves): Prior experience with cash handling and reconciliation Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and balancing skills-essential traits for a Part-Time Cash Reconciliation Specialist Comfortable working alone in a secure, monitored environment Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills (just enough to log discrepancies) High level of integrity and trustworthiness Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): Experience in banking, retail cash rooms, or high-volume cash environments Familiarity with transaction system reporting Who You'll Work With: As a Part-Time Cash Reconciliation Specialist, you'll be part of a small, professional accounting team While most of your time will be spent solo in the cash room, you'll be supported by a collaborative and dedicated team when needed Work Environment & Culture: Quiet, professional, and highly secure cash room environment (badge access, cameras, dual security protocols for vault access) Business casual dress code Culture values trust, precision, and independence-ideal for a Part-Time Cash Reconciliation Specialist How to Apply:If you're a detail-oriented, responsible Part-Time Cash Reconciliation Specialist who's comfortable working independently in a secure environment, we'd love to hear from you!
