Overview

KIT Federal Credit Union is looking for a Part-Time Business Development Officer to expand community partnerships and promote membership benefits. The role involves representing the credit union at events and generating leads through outreach activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with local businesses and organizations
  • Schedule and host regular outreach events
  • Attend community and networking events to raise awareness of offerings
  • Work closely with internal teams to follow up on leads and support onboarding of new members
  • Maintain and report on monthly outreach goals

Required skills

  • Previous experience in business development, outside sales, or community relations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable presenting to small groups and engaging in one-on-one conversations
