As an Activity Aide, you'll play a special role in creating engaging experiences that brighten each day for our residents.Whether it's music, games, conversation, or creative activities, your presence will help foster a sense of community, belonging, and delight. Activity Aide Schedule & Pay Hours: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PMSchedule: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)Additional PRN (as needed) opportunities availablePay: $18.60 - $20.10/hourWeekend Differential: + $1.25/hour What You'll Do Assist with and lead group and one-on-one activities for residentsEncourage participation in music, games, crafts, and social eventsBuild relationships and provide companionship to residentsSupport a positive, engaging, and inclusive environmentHelp create meaningful moments that enhance quality of life What We're Looking For in an Activity Aide A genuine love for working with older adultsA positive, patient, and encouraging attitudeAbility to connect with individuals of varying physical and cognitive abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills-kind, respectful, and team-orientedExperience with older adults preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid PA Driver's License preferredA commitment to supporting Fairmount's mission and core values Why Fairmount Homes?
